It cost $10/month to list your property but Zillow provided pretty thorogh background checks/credit reports and has an easy to use platform. 

Which market intelligence platform do you think is best for someone that is out-of-state?

I have found a great handyman and I feel like I want to give managing out of state a chance before I go get a PM plus it saves over $100/month.Can anyone give me information such as platforms that could collect rent and receive service calls.
