Has anyone had success with stand alone mobile homes that are in rural areas?

We are finishing up a live in flip and we have done all the major things- windows, floors, kitchen, paint, etc and the house looks really nice,  and will be staged well, but I really want to add a few extra touches that will make it really stand out. 

I saw a meme that told me that J.O.B. stands for Just Over Broke, late night TV says I can make loads of money in real estate with no money down, #mindset #entrepreneur #hustle #WontStop #Freedom etc....you get the idea.These people can invest in real estate too. 

@Thomas Peddle - I second @Mark Faustrum - Investor Tilte Services is a stand up company and the way to go! 

One strategy that stands out to me is whole selling.

If a Realtor sends you info on 123 Main St and then you view 123 Main St with that Realtor and then you buy 123 Main St, that means that Realtor sold you that property and should get a commission check for that sale of 123 Main St to you.

As it stands, I have one storage units facility across the street from me, as well as one two doors down from me.Thank you!
