I had the opportunity to attend this year's inaugural Best Ever Conference in Denver, CO.

Can the ins co underwrite your purchase for less than what they specified on the initial application because of some "flaw" or whatever they find- esp now knowing they're insuring an ash heap?

I'm looking to connect with investors who either recently househacked or are currently househacking in the Denver/Boulder area and/or a similar market elsewhere in the country.  

Personally with my SDIRA, I currently invest in notes, shares of companies, and I even co-own a stock fund that day trades.

Since we have co-reg files we can look to see who has registered at payday loan sites in a given month ( a predictor of tight finances).

Anyone w experience in this & who has good property mgmt co to recommend?

Curious to know what experience you guys have on the subject and if there is anything specific I should be asking the Title Co?

I have several SFRs in North Shelby Co, as well as lower end homes in Midfield, West End. etc.
