Sometimes it's not always the best financial decision that wins, but the one that makes your life easier, happier, and more fulfilling.

Have someone onsite while these meters are being installed for when challenges come up you can make decisions on the spot.

That being said, I think this decision is being steered by not having a great amount of time to tend to building repairs and tenants. 

We made great returns but I wasn't involved in the decision making and didn't learn the mechanics of note investing.When I met my current partner, I came to the office 3-4 times a week and learned the business.

Learning how to make your money make more money is a real skill, and not an easy one to master as it requires constantly assessing your environment, making decisions, pivoting, etc, whereas just saving up money only requires you spend less than you make. 

The decision is going to based on you.  

Being one who’s incredibly patient and makes very educated decisions, I’m just soaking up as much knowledge via book (just read Financial Freedom with Real Estate Investing by Michael Blanks) and free audiobooks via YouTube (Rich Dad/Poor Dad, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor) and many podcasts on here.

It is a direct indicator of performance and creates a relationship within the portfolio in order for the investor to better grasp the relative impact of a decision. 

New to the area and I dont know the area well enough to make informed decisions.
