Being out of country will definatly require a qualified lawyer and should be simple assuming you have the grounds to evict.Curious as to what you do and do not know about the operations of your business.

Have you hired a lawyer or simply used a partnership agreement template online?

We researched other niches only to turn back around, literally a 360’, to want to master the art of wholesaling.Now We are in the stage of getting our plan together, We found so many tools to help wholesalers, but my concern is what contract is best in Milwaukee to use or does it matter also, We would love to know a good lawyer and title company to use. 

I responded that maybe they could pass that along to their Umbrella underwriter who canceled me after I got too many violations on my DL...Anybody know a good land trust lawyer in Texas so I can transfer my two FNMA financed properties to my Series LLC?

My best advice is that once you work out the business terms, have a good lawyer draft an operating agreement, or a mortgage or note, or whatever method you decide to take so that you don't end up with ex-friends later.

One of the partners drafted a very basic agreement, but I was still not quite comfortable and we all agreed for a more formal document through a lawyer.

If you decide to stay the course, better have a good lawyer on retainer, and even then there is only so much can be done. 

(note, I am not a lawyer)  I always use LLCs on my multi family purchases, but stopped using them for my single family.About 8 years ago I heard a real estate podcast where they interviewed an insurance executive.
