Hey Jeff (and others) - according to BP there actually is NOT a policy regarding profile names being legal names.From the FAQ: We understand that you might want to change your profile name to a more personal identity as time goes on, however you will need to contact our support team to make the changes on our end.

The underwriting for an owner financed loan would have to be much steeper and the cost of ligation can be much  higher Ban ks want at least 30% down and six month escrow accounts How much more for the owner financed properties with out the benefit of a team of lawyers.

I heard that KC has a pretty decent baseball team :) 

I have a small team that I need to expand and I have already begun doing some serious networking and would love to hear from fellow BP colleagues working in any related capacity in that area as well as others. 

Its a husband and wife team and they seem to do a thorough job and are very responsive.
