Howdy to everyone on BP,

I would like to start off by saying… Wow! What a wonderful site BP has put together here. I wish you guys had been around 14 years ago when I got started with real estate investing.

Let me tell you a little about myself and my partner in business David Scholl.

First off, I would like to clear up a miss conception on the label by my profile name. The word PRO. I am anything but a PRO, the label popped up when I put my real estate starting date of June 2001. You might think I should be a PRO being in the business for 14 years but in reality I only invested heavily for the first 3 of those years. The rest of the 11 years I spent holding 2 SFR rentals breaking every rule in the book along the way. I chose the secure path years ago concentrating on my career in the Oil & Gas business while raising my children with intentions on picking it up again later in my career. My passion for real estate has never faded, I just did have the right mind set to make it work at the time.

While talking to my good friend and triathlon coach David Scholl we came to realize that we share a common interest in real estate. David has always been a big influence on my life with his unbend-able integrity and the determination he demonstrates on reaching his goals. He is also a big BP fan. He turned me on to the show and now here we are!

We are excited about our new endeavor and hope to meet some like-minded people that are interested in working with us. Our long term goals are to build a system and team that buys and holds single family, multi-family, and commercial properties for cash flow. Our short term goal is to cut our teeth on a few fix and flip or fix and hold single family properties. We have a little more funds than time right now so building a team and meeting a mentor is our main focus at this point.

So for all you wholesalers out there, we are ready to buy.
