Hey all,I’m currently looking at a mixed-use commercial property that includes some SRO (Single Room Occupancy) units, and I’m running into challenges with financing.

He will also walk the property first and tell you what to look out for.

I have my title agent look into it and found out that they are charging us more than it is supposed to be. the amount increases from 9000 to 13000.

I've looked into it. 

I have an excellent credit score of over 800 and am looking for advice on what mortgage rates I should expect for a 25-year or 30-year loan.Additionally, I'd appreciate any insights on the benefits of opting for a commercial loan versus a personal loan for this type of property.Thanks in advance for your help!
