Anyone used Water Street Capital out in New York?

Hi everyone,I just listed my flip, and I bought an alarm system, but the sheriffs office wants 2 referrals for people who can be there within 20 minutes of it being triggered. 

Our ISA is responsible for calling owners of properties that our bird dogs identify as distress (I go into a little more detail about are the off-market system in this post: https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/311/topics/55...).

Set up a lead generating system for INBOUND marketing.

Replacing new system might cost $5-7k in DSM area. 

I, and I think every agent once in their career, finds the "perfect" lead gen system and works it for a very short moment then finds the next "perfect" lead gen system and so on and so on. 

My girl frien had about a $20k from an upstairs water pipe break.

Since the insurance business is a great a residual income source my goal is to be able to set the right systems and people in place so I can step away from the insurance business by 2026 and focus 100% on real estate investing.  

5-6 hours for six unit, plus all of the building systems is not a lot of time if you are looking for a thorough inspection.We had our inspector spend up to 8-hours on a 5-6 unit building - he's very thorough.

Are they on septic systems or city sewer?
