Their uniqueness is they have created a database that can predict what credit score, income, and other factors are required for you to get approved for over 100 credit cards.

The unique thing that I haven't seen from any other website is this site allows you to search by estimated Cap Rate, Cash Flow, and Cash Return.  

All the other get rich quick schemes are just fad diets.
