Based upon the response to your thread sounds like you have several willing to network and give you a hand up .

I saw a post from about a year ago in this forum asking similar, but not much in the way of responses (not even in the way of "I'll send you a PM").

@Bradley DavisI actually just spent a good time writing up a good long response of what I would do in my 20s, I'll send you the post because some of it I think would be good for you.I didn't personally house hack, but man I wish I did.
