New Investor in the Providence area

Hello Everyone, My name is Edward and I am new to REI, residing in Providence, Rhode Island. I have done some reading about real estate investing and believe that it's time to execute the strategies toward financial freedom. I'm interested in "subject to" housing, foreclosure, wholesaling, and other strategies when it comes to real estate investing.
