@Austin Nason I would work as an inside or outside sales rep, an assistant has nothing to do with the skills needed to be a successful Realtor

I go to a investors group once a month but I haven’t had made any connections (given I don’t really talk at all when I’m there but have meet some cool people) I know what I want and I understand I still have to develop skills, habits, and relationships to get me where I want to be, but that’s what I’m here for.

If you're not bringing the financial piece of it, you can always promote other skills/services you have that can be beneficial to the partnership.

Getting your license and being a skilled and effecient agent are two, totally different concepts.

A well-qualified applicant should have no problem submitting these, and a well-organized applicant should have no problem procuring them (even if they don't log in and look at them every single pay period). 

Have had clients in the past use them and have received better rates due to their not-for-profit organization standing. 

If it's a larger organization, feel free to inquire about their staff qualifications.2.
