Attempting to get into Real Estate Investing, (with a lot of knowledge), but lacking down payment, slightly lower personal credit score, and no business credit.

i dont really spend money and have a 776 credit score. 

Usually a poor FICO score of one person in a marriage drags down the other person in the marriage, since when they are married one party can commit the other to a contract , even if the latter is unaware of the former's actions.

If you have a few that all meet the criteria, choose your favorite and be able to say why you chose them, better referrals, better credit score, better background check, etc...
