Can I use a DSCR loan while putting an investment property under my LLC? My LLC has no business credit at this time because it has just been opened. I also have no down payment $.

Can I use a "no doc" loan through my LLC to use as down payment for a DSCR loan? (Loan stacking) Loan stacking options? Hard money lending possibilities?

Attempting to get into Real Estate Investing, (with a lot of knowledge), but lacking down payment, slightly lower personal credit score, and no business credit. Thank you
