Still doing 10% down loans and just got a 6.75! Share your rates?
Curious what other BP members and realtors are getting for their client. Would be great to share contacts.
Just did a 10% down on a 4 unit at 6.75% with an ARM. Got another client just quoted the same for another 4 unit. These are owner occupant.
Non-owner occupant seems very tough right now with last quote at 7.7% and 2 points and another 8.1% no points for fixed 30. Anyone seeing better for non-owner occupant? I heard Goldcoast Bank may have better and going to reach out them.
For 15 year loans rates are 5.5% fixed at 10% down.

Right now from a lender's perspective we have floor rates at 7.5 for 30 Year FRM. Refinances looking at rates starting at 7.75% for cash out. With things going in the direction that they are going, it may get a bit higher but overall these numbers have seen to be pretty competitive among other lenders for our space.
