At the same time, I struggle with the thought that given how low interest rates are worldwide and central banks supporting the markets with their “whatever it takes attitude”, why can’t real estate continue this cycle for another 10yrs?

I like hearing from some of the satisfied small players as those are the ones after my own heart.

This is our percentage of the worldwide debt, we have the most debt BY FAR, and it's climbing RAPIDLY.

I have two that I alternate between because they both have useful products for our business and I like the players on their team.

Everything culminating together is going to have a world wide trickle down effect. its already happening and Its going to get worse.

Conversations with [more or equally] experienced players in this field are priceless when you're making a decision with hundreds of thousands (give or take) of dollars on the line.I'm happy to provide the name and phone number of the person I know best there.

Otherwise, I recommend hoarding cash and wait for the largest financial player to reinstate pre-covid rules and level off the market.
