@Pramod MahadevanI'm in Lake Tahoe Nevada and this has become an issue with many larger and smaller condo complexes because of the multiple insurance claims from snow damage last year the insurance companies were dropping policies or charging crazy prices.

But, you could also spend double or more in the long run if you don't buy nice-ish furniture that will last and upstand all the traffic that will come through.

I told  her a day within the same week didn't work, as I was having the a truck remove 2 last pieces of furniture, and that i wanted time to get perfect she asked the following and then realized that it was valentines day and we agreed that Thursday would.

Hey Jennifer, I actually work with a company that does all of this.We (essentially) wholesale deals to OOS investors, connect them with our contractors, manage the rehab for them, and have a property management division as well.It's the whole A-Z operation and we did 200+ deals last year and more than 1/day this year.I'm not pitching you at all.

I've had run ins with people on here telling me to use "their" contractor.Make a couple phone calls, turns out the contractor is their son who's done about 2 jobs in a year.
