Over the past 3 years I have become educated in real estate. Real estate us a better investment than business or the stock market. When I first started my education I learned that 90% of millionaires are real estate investors, there are many ways to make money if you have no money and being generous is one of the biggest reason for someone being rich. When you wholesale and in general the key to being a great real estate investor is being able to find great deals and distressed properties is where to look: financial dirstress being in preforeclosure or underwater on their mortgage, personal distress death in family, loss of a job, or divorce, or poor property condition. If you find one of these great deals you will make money as a wholesaler. You have to find deals that will sell below market value and that is where to find them. I want to be a priest and work for catholic charities. I need money before seminary because I have had some very powerful and evil people use witchcraft on me. Being generous and giving back with education time or money Brandon Turner and Josh Dorkin said leads to lasting success. 323 Manchester St. Manchester, NH 03103.
