In my case, there were no open seams and the three buckets of Henry Tropic-Cool, generally believed to be the best of the readily-available silicone roof coatings, cost me $1200 through Home Depot.So now I'm rolling on the Tropic-Cool, and it's going to take me, one obese, out-of-shape, middle-aged guy, two four-hour work periods, so 8 hours of physical labor.
