I'm almost ready to put my big toe into the wholesaling pool and I don't mind saying that I'm a bit nervous considering the amount of negative comments I have read regarding Wholesaler's that are doing a poor job. 

I do know, that I personally would be more nervouse with a PM then I would be with a family member.

Turnkey makes me a little nervous because you are putting 100% trust in a third party.
