Hi Everyone!

My Name Is Brandon Grimes, and I just joined the BP community this past week. I'm very impressed with everyone's help thus far. You're definitely making this REI journey easier! Right now I'm currently reading everything imaginable in the BP bookstore. I love to network so please if there are any meetup groups you guys think I recommend joining; LET ME KNOW! =D

I currently live in Silver Spring, Maryland. However, very interested in rental property investments in Baltimore or other areas of Maryland (I'm sure I'm not the only one lol).
