@Thomas Kramer, @Anastasia Jordan, the problem with a "well designed limitations system" is that people game the system with different company names, partners, strawmen, etc.

There's no trees on the lot at it's manageable for someone to stay for 3-5 years.

I have an airbnb and the numbers are WAY up this summer, also manage another clients airbnb and both running almost fully booked up this year maybe the registration hurdles have lowered supply.
