You do not need a real estate agent to buy a property, though it is generally advised to use an attorney and/or title agency.

Based out of Sydney Australia I have several year experience in commercial property (specifically office agency).Personally I have an interest in all things property however would like to start investing more - I own my house but feel I may have leveraged myself too much to be able to invest further.

Secondly, I would contact your Realtors Broker and let them know you signed a buyer agency form and your Realtor is not responding and you are an unsatisfied customer. 

I would definitely look into agency loans as first choice. 

My advice would be to put as much down as you can comfortably do and then grab a couple good, mainstream cards (Chase, Capital One, etc) to complete the difference.
