Non-Responsive Real Estate Agent
Hello,
I am new to real estate investing and joined BP about a month ago. I want to make sure I am doing everything legal with regards to real estate agents.
I have a property I analyzed and appears to be a good deal as long as there are no structural issues. My real estate agent has become non-responsive when asking to see the property. When can I work with another agent if I signed a buyers agent relationship policy? Can I view properties without the representing agent? I'm afraid this deal will not stay on the market for long.
