Hello BP community, First off, Happy New Year to everyone! My name is Josh Rodriguez and I am from San Francisco, CA. Currently, I work as a systems service worker for a mass public transit agency. I have always had an interest in rental property investing and I felt joining the BiggerPockets community would be my best first step forward in my real estate journey. I am definitely looking forward to learning from everyone through this platform!

Goodmorning @Josh Rodriguez and welcome to BP, there’s tons of information here on BP. I would advise you to check out the forums and the BP podcast. Also look into joining a local group in your area to get hands-on knowledge of deals going on in your area. If you need a group I know one in your area that will take good care of you. Wish you best.
