If so, I'm not sure what to say other than you do need to have your information on there, from my understanding of it.

Honestly, long term investor loans and DSCR loan rates aren't really any better than that right now.

For me I tend to look for markets not on the lists because maybe less people will be investing there and prices will be more competitive.

In this part of the market cycle, newer vintage assets, median incomes of at least 50k, washer dryer hook ups, more two beds than ones, townhome style assets.When the broker showed us the deal we didn't have to waste time analyzing it.

Putting 20% down really puts a dent on our liquid money but better (we think) than it just losing value in the bank.
