I'm pretty new to the game as well, but I might be able to give some leads on what you're looking for.With you being a Real Estate Investor, that puts you into a different category than a normal everyday home buyer that Realtors are used to dealing with.

I have many leads that need followed up with that haven't been touched because of lack of time, and I'm doing minimal marketing as of now because the few leads a week that come in, I have trouble getting to them as well.My business is in a stand-still and essentially losing money because I know I've missed out on deals because of either lack of follow up or not calling back new leads right away.I plan on hopefully being able to go part time in the next few months, but in the meantime, how should I handle this?

Same goes for the surveillance cameras as well.What really is problematic is that no matter how much you try to tell people NOT to FLUSH down things like diapers that will cause the sewers to back up, it ALWAYS happen... and, according to my Contractor.... there is no worse job than to clean up that mess.So.... correct some of these that lead to over-consumption, high maintenance costs, etc. and you may get a better, more affordable housing situation.I don't think it's a large percentage of the people that are the problem.

This is the bank I worked for, and we were constantly kicking contractors off the program for not ensuring the people creating the loan were actually authorized to do so.I'd say it can be a good investment if it's something that your market can support, but in general think of it like a pool.
