Eventually, you won’t have any left as you start conducting all of your transactions electronically from the beginning.Sorry for the long response, but this is a key issue and it was interesting to me.

I would have a friendly chat with your tenants (neighbor) clearly outlining their responsibilities according to the lease agreement.

I personally have no experience with Morris but most turn key company should be responsible until the property is closed and rented out.

And since they aren't responsible for any negative ramifications of leveling the house.

@Jackson Pontsler  There are a wide variety of responses as there are a wide variety of wholesalers, so there's no broad-brush answer to that question.For those who are out there to find deals by taking advantage of desperate, or uneducated people, yes, I have a problem with that. 

I did not expect a response like this with as much information.

The form basically gives title instructions for the transaction, and is signed by both buyer and seller.
