Long story short I’ve had really great success the last couple years and all of my equity partners don’t have any money left I have a great deal under contract that’s a home run winter rental/Summer STR in Newport RI set To close 11/19 and am struggling to find an equity partnerI have 15 doors, a great track record just in a liquidity crunch LOCs are out of play due to recent refi and banks rulesI have a term sheet for 100% financing @ 10/2 but am worried about being over leveraged to refi and wouldn’t want to exit as it doesn’t align with long term goals although it would build my capital stack by about 125kAny and all suggestions would be great!

We just purchased our first STR in New England and are hoping to get it up and running in a few months.It was built in 1880, 5bdr, 4 bath, 3 stories.

One of my passions and goals in life is to inspire others to make a change and encourage them to stick through with is. 

I've got a 3 story house that about 150 previous tenants from the last 10 years would swear is haunted. 

@Aaron Lemoine I have had section 8 tenants over the years and have not had the horror stories you hear normally.

The numbers only tell part of the story, not the condition of the building.

Long story short…..I’m just nervous the lender will now be like, what the heck, you have a much higher credit capacity and we don’t want to give you the amount from the approval amount.

I'd rather have a high On Base Percentage.I've heard the stories of people who have bought low, BRRRR, and then have an insane amount of equity to put into the next deal.

Unfortunately, the story sounds scary and so makes for good telling. 

I've also heard the horror stories with Turnkey companies.
