Are you talking a purely cash flow play (LO payments versus rent?)

From a macro perspective I could understand the play, but shooting to get solid returns appear to be primarily driven by one's individual research which for me will be limited given my novice exposure to such an industry.

Cash flow grows faster due to the higher return with financing, and when it comes to paying off you've already got a number of properties to "gang up" on each mortgage.I've got a little simulator I wrote so I can play with different scenarios and see what happens.
