One of the best ways to get started in real estate and ultimately lead you down the right path to financial freedom)3) How should we fund the purchase/know which property is a good deal?

I'll finally have hit my financial independence mark and can enjoy the freedom that comes with it.

There is also a solid base of smaller companies servicing these sectors- healthcare, financial services, manufacturing.  

I'm interested in pursuing real estate investing as a path to financial freedom, but my husband doesn't know much about it and he thinks it sounds too risky.

I really want financial freedom alot quicker !

Financial freedom through real estate?

The healthcare system is expensive so I’d like to hear if there are some preferable options to look into.

A more experienced investor actually introduced me to the Bigger Pockets podcast after making it clear that we wanted the same thing: financial freedom...and that investing is a powerful way to achieve that.

We think it now takes 2 or 3 houses to get to the American Dream and that the first starter home is the big problem.Habitat is selling the American Dream right off the bat so equity caps trap people in place.Every model we've seen so far wants to feed people fish and trap them in a community.We are trying to create a new model based on freedom to chase the American Dreamand believe that working renters who have fed the Rich Dad Poor Dad millionaire landlordsfor decades deserve to reach for the same American Dreamand believe that all they need is a small starter homewith a bit of free financial education.All the resources and knowledge are availablethanks to the internet and mobile computing.The problem is renters' rights under capitalism.So we want to build small cheap plexes via traditional primary home bank/lender financingwith no hoops and catches, and provide free down payment, credit, income financial education to help :)
