Looking for a good book on investing in apartment building?

Hello, I have read many of the basic books on real estate investing, but I am looking for a book that goes deep into investing in multi family apartment buildings? Larger than 4 units but not a good about large 50+ unit buildings. Thanks for reading! I am looking forward to your responses,

Highly recommend "Best Ever Real Estate Syndication Book" by Joe Fairless. Our business model almost follows that book step by step, very helpful.

    Best of Luck
