I'll still keep an eye out around here but it seems like there might be better opportunities elsewhere.

It may not be a big deal to some but, when neighbors begin to comment or come to you about eye sore..that could be annoying. 

Hey FL BP, looking at a few properties that have caught my eye in West Palm.

Most small business owners are monkey see monkey do when it comes to social media, but the problem with that approach is that a LOT of the successful social media campaigns aren't always so visible to the naked eye.

I haven't expanded there yet but I keep a pretty close eye on the market.

When you have an idea of the bulls eye you are aiming for it's much easier to hit.

In general for remote flipping, my GCs manage the progress of the work, and the local realtor is my eyes and ears and I pay them for their time. 

I have my eye on one particular REO property but there are many in the ways of vacant/abandoned yet gorgeous homes.

Be the eyes and ears for investors.

It's eye opening to see how much money is out there when a good deal comes available.
