Investing in East Orange, NJ

Hi NJ investors and agents! I've been thinking a lot about East Orange and it's future potential and wondering what experience or insights you all may have on that area. I have my eye on one particular REO property but there are many in the ways of vacant/abandoned yet gorgeous homes. Any particular neighborhoods seeing more of a resurgence and any to steer clear of? Any advice or insights would be much appreciated!

I work with @Vaughn Smith all the time. He works with tons of EO buyers and knows the process from beginning to end-every neighborhood, working with the city on COs, etc. Definitely reach out to him!
