I dont go on there much but i think you can watermark them.. and i think there is a way to turn them in and in a few hours they are removed..I had a scammer put an add in for a free Moped of all things and put my number in there not sure how they got it.. but anyway my phone blew up for 2 hours.. i took a few of the calls told those folks it was a scam they reported it and finally taken down.

It is best to get them to pay directly for as much as possible and when they move out provide you copies of the final bill payments to show the account is paid in full.
