Hi @Steve Reiley I can only comment on my experience, but as someone who wanted to knock out the coursework as fast as possible, I would recommend online.

I'm considering rehabbing a 5-br, 2 bath house (it's a major rehab) and one possibility is converting a smaller bedroom into a bathroom, thus changing it into a 4-br, 3 bath (or maybe 2.5 bath) house.
