New furnace, some A/C work, new washer, new dryer, new stove, new fridge, cracked main stack that we needed to replace a section of, one busted window to replace in the bathroom. 4 new blinds, 2 new ceiling fans, latch on the shed, some roof patching, new gate installed for the backyard, touch-up painting with colormatched paint throughout. 

Fixed everything inside but the walls (new kitchen, 2 bathrooms, floors, paints, carpet, staircase, lights, ceiling fans, etc).

I invest in global businesses (including real estate) with my brokerage account.

They can run your credit, see where you currently are, and give you advice on how to clean things up.I'm not a fan of a credit repair service.

I'm a big fan of being able to reach out and touch my properties, but others have made significant strides with long distance investing.

All these "I am waiting for the crash" people will run scared when the crap hits the fan.

I replaced the appliances, painted the interior, replaces all lighting fixtures and ceiling fans, demolished a secondary deck, landscaped, repainted shutters, and minor exterior vinyl siding repairs with powerwash.

Paint interior, replace appliances, replace all fixtures and ceiling fans, detailed landscaping, replace HVAC system.

But we are definitely fans of the Brady Heights area at the moment.

Like the density, gentrification, global travel recognition, varied neighborhood uniqueness, walkability, diversity, etc. that only a walkable, dense and European like city can offer.
