For actually sending out letters, input everything into excel, and then use microsoft office's "mail merge" feature to merge the applicable house / contact information into your letters. 

Remember, getting someone to your website is just the first part of the equation, the second part is selling yourself by having good credibility, trust signals, reviews and making yourself stand out. 

From my previous experience, I can tell you that this same skepticism has also prevented me from excelling.
