I am originally from Greenville, SC and we are about to complete a larger (130 unit) multifamily investment project in Greenville, SC by the end of the year. 

I should be able to raise rent here shortly to fix that.I am looking for a deal and hopefully we are able to pull out a equity loan to utilize as the down payment for our next property.   

We are wanting to acquire properties without partnership but not for sure how to obtain without having surplus capitol to purchase outright. 

I am a single female in my late 20's, and recently had a client continually pester me, asking me out on dates, and acting as though we are in a relationship.

We are working on a medium sized multifamily and a single family flip, so it's a good mix to learn.

We are in the Chicago area. 

We are currently fixing up our house now, looking to move out in the next few years and just rent it out but we were kind of looking for getting an income property sooner!

For those just coming off of BP or a guru training course that have none of the above.. you need it all.it took me 3 years to land a bank in Charleston SC  even though I domicile on the west coast.. but I kept trying now I have a great banker there and we are his ONLY out of market borrower.. but he did just raise his interest rate from 5.5 to 6. 

We JV'd with a couple of investors before we decided to go the Fund route, which is where we are concentrating our efforts.
