BP not only lets you connect with other investors, it also has free information including online courses and videos, for you to watch and learn from.

I do believe, however, that I have an aptitude for real estate investing, and I've gained a lot of hands-on experience in remodeling/rehabbing, which I enjoy immensely.

Was there a question or were you exoecting others to invest the time to watch your video?

I watch Flipping Vegas and I realize it is a TV show but it depicts terrible treatment of the contractors and laborers. 

It has free online videos and courses for you to watch and learn from.

I have spent the last few months looking at expensive programs, watching everything I could on you-tube, reading and finally finding BP.

This group seems to have very little motivation to sell at a discount because they bought super low, put in work recently, are cash flowing very nicely and want a higher pay off on their time/money invested.I think anyone who bought before the crash, had to sit and watch their equity drop and is now watching it rebound will be much more motivated to sell at a discount to get out while they're even or ahead.

I took the plunge like so many others after watching house flipping shows on TV. 

My general long-term goal is financial freedom, so that I can spend more time with family and enjoy living while I can.Some books I've read that have gotten me started on this journey: Rich Dad Poor Dad, The 4-Hour Work Week, Building Wealth One House at a Time, and The Book on Rental Property Investing (which is what brought me to BiggerPockets!)
