So again from my understanding in Tennesse if you are winning bidder on the delinquent taxes owed and the owner doesn't pay you back plus 10% then you obtain the deed to the property unlike Kentucky in which if they don't redeem then you have to hire a lawyer to foreclose then it goes to the auction which you would risk the chance of getting out bid by another investor who's funds might be larger.
