Dig deep a few level to decide what your driving factor is.

I have been driving for dollars whenever I can but I usually get off to late to be knocking on people’s doors.

Both want to grow money to outpace inflation but the drive can change to more auto pilot for some.

Do you drive around with a gun rack on your vehicle? 

Options may include Direct Mail, Driving for Dollars, Cold Calling, bandit signs, etc.

I would probably run a solar powered lamppost where the stump has been ground -adding visual separation between the drive and walkway. 

@Jacques Ikolo I feel that, unfortunately those places are really far from where I work and it would be a huge drag to have to drive around an hour to work back and forth everyday once covid ends.

I will be driving down during Memorial Day to do a drive by and take as many pics and videos as possible, but can someone here provide me with some guidance as to what I need to be looking at if I wanted to present this to a potential investor.

Then, not even 5 minutes passed of me driving in the neighborhood and I heard a gunshot nearby.
