How to Find Cash Buyers

I'm just starting my wholesaling journey, and finding cash buyers is more difficult than I anticipated. I'm looking for tips and advice on different strategies to connect with cash buyers. I have posted on some Facebook groups, but generally it seems the only people who comment are ones who want to sell their services (like skip tracing, motivated sellers list, cash buyers list, etc.) I am in the New Orleans area, so if anyone has specific advice for that area I'd appreciate that too! Thank you in advance for the tips & advice!

Thank you,

Isabella R.

Hi Isabella. Real Estate investing, especially wholesaling, is very hot right now so you have to be aggressive with your marketing. Your best bet it to run multiple campaigns concurrently as some may be more effective than others. Options may include Direct Mail, Driving for Dollars, Cold Calling, bandit signs, etc. You will also need to stick with it and continuously follow up. In other words, a single letter, or a single call won't bare fruit. It make take several months of letters or calls to a potential seller for it to possibly bare fruit. Wholesaling is a marathon, not a sprint so be patient and continue grinding.

Good luck!
