In South Jersey, I need recommendations for investor friendly parking lot person and/or mason to install a drain along part of my parking lot and remove exisitng lines and restripe in new configuation.

So now you've dug yourself into a hole where it's stressing you out. 

It is true that if you lose one tenant your in the hole, but because it's a good location it should be easy to rent.  

I take a picture of water running to show that I tested for proper drainage and leaks.

Boston Drain Co knocked down the the wall at the elevation of the sewer pipe in the basement and patched some holes in the foundation3.

You will have a clear picture on what you want, start filling in the holes of information and income/assets to get there, and you will already be ahead of what I would guess are 90% of new investors!

Get in the attic and see if you have mold, if someone insulated over your eave vent holes, ridge vents closed, etc.

Result: $250 bill to me and 2' hole left in the ceiling below.

There are repairs that need to be done to the crawlspace drainage which would cost about 10K. 

Also don’t work with *** holes who won’t work with you because of your name.
