Hi everyone, I am currently a wholesaler in San Diego, which is 15 minutes away from the border of Tijuana, Mexico.

While it borders a major university (University of Rochester) and that brings about professionals and college students in the Southeast part of 19th Ward, if you go down a few blocks, it's lower income, higher crime and rife with slumlords and poorly maintained properties.  

It is in a good area, close to US border, shops, restaurants...basically everything. 

@David @David de Luna makes a good point.

Series LLCs are common in DE and may be formed there regardless of where you own property.  

I think the benefit in being in a smaller area is to really define your targets and then keep hammering them... just like a realtor hammers their farm.. the longer you do it the better chance you have.now there is cost benefit.. our average timber deal bordered on 100k profit.. so really depends.

Give me your friendly personal pros and cons.I am creating to mainly have the ease of transferring ownership of LLC, operating more efficiently, scale up and having the protection of a DE LLC.
