As the LLC builds up cash it starts to have substance so more conventional lenders will consider lending to it.Also note that many lenders who do lend to an LLC figure that as the LLC is a company the loans should be made on commercial terms.

basically my problems with the course were 1) by far my main and only real issue of why i'm here - promises of course material not backed. 2) course material lacking in substance for price more of what you'd find in a $250 dollar course or for free on this site/youtube.

The danger is that once someone files a lawsuit against you it will be too late, since you cannot restructure a business/company after a lawsuit has been filed against you.
