I now have a strong evidence that the city has the meters incorrectly labeled and I have been searching for the leak in the wrong place.

In closing I would add that our approach to our business is that we are here to serve our customers.

When you boil it down you are a small business owner and you have a customer asking you for a very simple basic request. 

My favorite part is their very personal customer service.

Wells Fargo said that I can send in a letter to the underwriter saying that my living situations have changed and they had customers that have done it within a couple months.

You do not want to get in the habit of paying for your customers expenses.

Their customer service response time is reasonably quick.

So I get up to date reports which can be customized for performance and accounting. 

I am redoing the third floor of my house and will turn it to a rental eventually.I tried using Home Depot but the customer service is terrible.Does anyone know a reliable local carpet company that does good work and good value in terms of price.

So I'm wondering what strategies there are for determining the class of a neighborhood (i.e. labeling certain neighborhoods as A-class, B-class, C-class, warzone, etc..)?
