Wholesaling in Montgomery,TX

Hi!

After watching Cody Sperbers wholesaling videos on YouTube, I’ve became interested in seeking more information  in the area. 

I was contemplating buying his 30 day challenge but im not sure how practical it would be for me since I wouldn’t have direct contact with him.  

Their customer service response time is reasonably quick. But I’m still skeptical. 

Can anyone recommend a book or local spot here in the Houston/Woodlands/Conroe area where  I could potentially find likeminded people that know about wholesaling?

 I’m ready to make my first deal!
