This means if you want to get around them consistently it would be almost a full time job for you.I recommend entering your ads by hand.

Diversification with financial managers consists of different kind of stocks, bonds or mutual funds.

Is this consistent with what everyone has experienced?

I felt this is a good strategy for passive income as well as retirement income constant, consistent cash flow with finding, buying and renting under valued properties.
